As a professional photographer who's been photographing all types of men for over 10 years, can I just say that there are some of us around who still artistic, non-pornographic pictures? So, Murat and friends, I admire what you are saying, I am on your side, and I hope that some unfortunate experiences with some unscrupulous Europeans won't put you off being photographed in the future. But always be very careful - there are a lot of strange people around now getting the reputable ones bad names. Good luck to you boys - may success shine on all your matches!

Some of you need to stop taking things so seriously. Come on “Meaty Murat” are you so insecure that an enhanced picture of you, that some gay guys are looking at, is breaking you down? Who gives a damn? (I personally would like to have a picture like that of
myself...I could be really popular on the Internet) I agree that people should get paid
when others are profiting from them, but things done in public are free to be photographed
(at least they are here).
I agree with ck1 on a few points. I think this is more about being homophobic than being
about the money. Would you feel nearly as bad if your pictures had shown up in a women’s magazine i.e. Playgirl? I would bet not

Having your picture altered to look like your privates are hanging out would piss me off too... But alot of gay people respect you as an athlete also. Please don't judge all gay people by what you see in gay porn.

I know this is an old conversation, but after 20yrs in the US Navy & currently a USPS equipment mechanic I've heard & lived both sides of this story! I do feel "Thou doest prtest too much!" is appropriate here for most of the sportsmen and "is nothing sacred?" an inquiry for the community involved in "STEALING" honour from good men. Evil is pervasive in our world (everywhere porn shops or not)! We can only live our individual lives the best we can and as we would be proud to have "our" God view us. We are human and ego, greed & anger do surface. I was getting gay bashed by Homophobes in the 2nd grade! I still grew into a man who can swing a wrench with the best of them. I don't mix work & sex; thus performing as a professional to be honored. I do not bristle when I hear of sailors or Marines in porn flics since it is NOT me; but I would be offended if my image was manipulated into a portrayal of myself that was not authorized or accurate in order to line the pockets of some greedy dishonorable porn editor/photographer (straight or gay). These are corrupt insults to the very men who we admire. Hang in there big guys, you're all bigger than the evil that lurks in the shadows!!!
